We have invested a lot of time and energy into the smooth running of the salon with new Covid-19 secure procedures, we have gone above and beyond what has been asked of us by the UK Government to ensure that you feel safe, relaxed and comfortable on your next salon visit. All members of the team have had Barbicide and Mundo disinfection and Covid training, new Covid-19 risk and legionalla risk assessments and tests have been carried out and the salon has been reconfigured to allow for social distancing measures.
What can you expect at your appointment? Prior to your appointment you will be sent a text with a link to fill out a new client consultation, including information about Covid-19 and the vaccine. It is essential you fill this out prior to attending. Failure to do so will result in refusal of treatments.
Please arrive alone for your appointment, except in the case of carers, no under 16’s will be permitted in the salon unless they have an appointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment and not early, we no longer have a waiting area. Please wait outside the salon under the canopy and out of the rain (its inevitable) until one of the team is ready to welcome you back.
On entering the salon you will have your temperature read with an infra red no contact thermometer, if you have a fever you will be asked to return home.
There is a touch free hand sanitising station at the entrance to the salon. Please sanitise your hands or if you prefer hand washing facilities one of the team will be happy to direct you.
You will be asked to wear a mask for the duration of your appointment unless medically exempt. Please wear this throughout your time in the salon and ensure it covers your mouth and nose. This may be removed when instructed by your therapist for certain treatments.
Toilet facilities are available and checked regularly.
Please refrain from bringing ANY food or drink to your appointment other than bottled water, we can also supply this during your appointment.
Remember to relax and enjoy your treatment with us.
Please follow your Therapists instruction throughout your appointment and allow them to open doors etc for you, this helps minimise client touch points.
Your treatment will then commence, for nails and toes we will be using disposable files, towels and pedicure liners. For all beauty room treatments involving the removal of items of clothing you will be given a brown paper bag. Please place ALL personal items inside and hang on the hook or place on the floor.
Disposable towels will be used for waxing and massage towels will be laundered at a minimum of 60 degrees.
Immediately after your treatment please follow your therapist to reception where you can pay, contactless is preferred up to £45 or Apple pay.
Unfortunately you can no longer wait for polish to dry in the salon but are welcome to wait outside.
Your therapist will make any appointments necessary or you can do this online via our timely app, here you can view, manage and amend all your appointments 24/7 365 days a year.
